Registration Information for MUSC Faculty, Staff, and Students
The Thomas A. Pitts Memorial Lectureship is a sponsored lectureship.  As such, there is no charge for MUSC faculty and staff to attend the meeting.  Because of space limitations, however, reservations are required and will be honored in the order they are received. Lunch with faculty is $15.00 prepaid. A registration form must be completed online or printed and faxed to the Institute of Human Values in Health Care at (843)792-8286.
