Program
Location
All sessions take place on the campus of the
Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. All sessions will be held in the Francis Marion Hotel, which is located on the corner of
King and Calhoun Street.
The Medical University is within walking distance of
the historic district of Charleston, displaying some of the best
preserved antebellum architecture in the nation. The city has timeless
charm and romance arising from its 300 year history that extends from
the colonial, revolutionary, and secession periods, to contemporary
times.
Accommodations
A
limited number of rooms are available at The
HarborView Inn for a special rate of $219.00.
We suggest that you reserve your accommodations immediately since
hotel space is at a premium during the fall in Charleston.

Continuing Education
Physicians:
The Medical University of South Carolina designates this educational
activity for a maximum of 10.5 hours in Category 1 credit toward the
AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim
only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational
activity.
Other Health Professionals:
The Medical University of South Carolina will award 1 CEU (10.5 contact
hours) for full-time attendance. (1 hour equals .1 CEU)
Accreditation Statement
The Medical
University of South Carolina is accredited by the Accreditation
Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing
medical education for physicians.

Cancellation
Policy
Space is
limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Refund,
less a $50 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received
in writing no later than August 15, 2006. No refunds will
be granted after August 15, 2006. Substitutions, however, are welcome.
