Continuing Education
Physicians: The Medical University of South Carolina designates this educational activity for a maximum of 10.5 hours in Category 1 credit toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award.  Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Other Health Professionals: The Medical University of South Carolina will award 1 CEU (10.5 contact hours) for full-time attendance.  (1 hour equals .1 CEU)

Accreditation Statement
The Medical University of South Carolina is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing no later than August 6, 2007.  No refunds will be granted after August 6, 2007. Substitutions, however, are welcome.
